Made in Sydney

Built by a seller, for sellers.

FIND:HOME started with one question: why does selling your own home cost a percentage of it? It is built in Sydney, for NSW law, with a Sydney law firm at the table.

Questions

Is this legal in NSW?+

Yes. The contract is the standard NSW Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land, populated from your answers and finalised by a solicitor before it goes to a buyer. The prescribed documents come from the NSW Land Registry and Sydney Water through InfoTrack.

Do I need a solicitor?+

A solicitor finalises the contract. Use your own, or send it to our partner firm Wainwright Legal from inside FIND:HOME with one click, at the partner rate.

What does it really cost?+

$99 for the contract. The prescribed documents at what the registry charges plus handling, shown before you pay, with any saving refunded. And $1,990 at settlement, only if your home sells through FIND:HOME. No sale, no fee.

How is that different from an agent?+

An agent takes a percentage of your sale price, around $24,000 on a $1.2m home, for work you can now do yourself with the right tools. FIND:HOME charges fixed amounts you see up front, and never a percentage.

How do buyers find my home?+

On the FIND:HOME portal, on the map, and through the link you share. Or quietly: invite specific people by email and nobody else can see it.
